I had a great experience here! They diagnosed and fixed the A/C in my car quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated the fast service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.

While I was in town for work, my AC blower stopped working. I was facing a 4 Hour drive home and 95° heat. I stopped in at Summerville Auto Center at noon on the day I was leaving. They managed to squeeze me in and had me back on the road again the same afternoon with a new blower motor and my air conditioner working great. Every person I spoke to at this establishment was polite, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Victor and the staff are great people to see to get your vehicle serviced. They are honest, upfront about the estimates and pricing, give fair prices, and are not pushy. They even helped sell my non working vehicle after all was said and done. If you need help with your vehicle go see them. They are busy but they will give you the best service.

I've been taking all three of my family's cars to Summerville Auto Center for a while now. I think this is the first online rating that I've ever done, but I want to tell others about how good of service we receive there. Victor does a great job of explaining what's going on with the vehicle, and the whole team is committed to working on the vehicle until the problem is fixed. One of the biggest issues in finding an auto service shop is trust. I trust Victor and the Summerville Auto Center team.

Brought my truck for an oil change, was told I also need to replace the right and left control arms. I ended up getting the service, and picked the truck up a day after they said it would be ready(no problem). Immediately noticed something was wrong with the belt, as it made a loud noise every time I turned the truck on. I took it back on a Thursday afternoon, not mad just wanted it fixed for free. I was told I could pick it up Sunday evening. They called on Saturday (to tell me it wasn’t ready) but did not say that in their voicemail, just that I needed to call back. I couldn’t until Sunday, which they were closed. Monday morning I had to call and find out it wouldn’t be ready until 5:30 that day. Ended up having to uber to my office for work ($50) and walk a mile on main roads to pick it up. No apologies, and they acted like everything was fine. I’m incredibly frustrated and would not recommend
